By accessing or using EarlyProof ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EarlyProof is an idea validation platform that generates landing pages, captures email signups, and provides analytics to help you measure demand for product ideas.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Collect email addresses from other users' landing pages

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service (idea descriptions, landing page copy, etc.). You grant EarlyProof a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Email addresses collected through your landing pages are your data. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) when using collected email addresses.

6. Landing Pages

Landing pages are hosted on earlyproof.io subdomains. We reserve the right to remove landing pages that violate these terms or contain prohibited content.

7. API Access

API tokens grant programmatic access to your account. You are responsible for keeping tokens secure. We may rate-limit or revoke access to the API at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
