1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google).

Ideas and content: The idea descriptions, landing page copy, and other content you create on the platform.

Signup data: Email addresses collected through your landing pages from visitors who opt in.

Analytics data: Page views tracked server-side using hashed IP addresses. We do not use cookies or JavaScript tracking pixels on landing pages.

Usage data: Basic information about how you use the Service (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To display analytics about your landing pages
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service
• To enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States (AWS). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and follow security best practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Landing Page Visitor Data

When visitors view your landing pages, we collect:

• Page views: Tracked server-side. IP addresses are hashed (SHA-256) for deduplication and never stored in raw form.
• Email signups: When a visitor submits their email on your landing page, it is stored and made available to you through your dashboard and API.

We do not sell, share, or use visitor email addresses for any purpose other than providing them to you, the idea creator.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google): For user sign-in. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services: For hosting and storage.
• Google Gemini: For AI-generated landing page copy. Your idea descriptions are sent to Google's API for content generation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data (signup lists via CSV)

8. GDPR

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR. We process your data based on your consent (account creation) and legitimate interest (service improvement). You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
